1. Shipping Area

The products offered by Ondarivane (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) are currently available for delivery within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping outside the United States at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping is available on orders of $120.99 or more.

  • A shipping fee of $10.99 applies to orders below $120.99.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET will begin processing on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day.

  • If the next day falls on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery Time

After shipment, delivery is estimated to take 5–10 business days.

We ship orders through the following carriers:

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • USPS

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment summary, and shipping information.

8. Shipping Responsibilities

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is damaged or lost during transit, we will assist you in finding an appropriate solution.

  • Shipping Changes and Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped, shipping arrangements cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Shipping Address and Responsibility: Please carefully verify your shipping information before submitting your order to avoid delivery issues.
